Areas of Practice
TrUSTEE
A Trustee carries out the terms set forth in a trust document. As a trustee, RFS can handle managing investments and trust assets, paying trust expenses, protecting of the trust account and assets, record keeping, and filing tax returns.
Conservator
A Conservator oversees the basic care of a client. A conservator coordinates and ensures that proper food, shelter, clothing, and medical care (including consent) are provided. RFS can act as your conservator as of the estate or of the person.
Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney grants the Fiduciary the ability to act as an ‘attorney-in-fact’ in both a financial and health care capacity. In financial matters, the Fiduciary can conduct both personal and financial business on behalf of the client. In health care matters, the Fiduciary can make health care decisions, placement, and medical treatment. If a client passes away, the fiduciary will handle the disposition of the body as directed by the decedent’s legal documents.
Probate Administrator
A Probate Administrator resolves all claims and distributes the deceased's property under a will, which is the first step in the leagal process of administrating the estate of a deceased individual.
